I've been overweight my entire life. The time has come to make a change though. After years of dieting I am committed to the long haul to make my life healthier. It won't be easy, but it is necessary.
I've created this blog to document my journey and share with others who are also trying to lose weight. It is always easier to do something when you have help from others.
