I'm very excited about this! Maybe more than I should, because I have so far to go. But, I really struggled at the 20 lbs mark. I hit 20 lbs, then I would gain a pound, then lose it, and then gain it again. I actually got very close to giving up. I almost quit. Then I found my motivation again. I made a small change, I committed to running on my elliptical for 20 minutes and somehow it created this big change in my attitude. I feel like I gained a better idea of what I need to do. I've been making better food choices and the scale is finally reflecting all my effort. Now, I better keep this up!
This week's stats:
This week's loss = 2.8 lbs
Total loss = 30.4 lbs
I owe this loss really to my food choices this week. However, I ate out entirely too much. What I need to work on this week is making more food and avoiding eating out. So, the plan for this week is to do the elliptical at least 5 times this week for a minimum of 20 minutes and to eat more home made point friendly meals!
In celebration of hitting the 30 lbs mark, I will be hosting a giveaway this Wednesday so make sure you check back and don't miss it :)
For the Biggest Loser link up week 2 my total is:
Week 2 loss = 2.8 lbs
Total challenge loss = 3.2 lbs

You GO girl! That is an amazing accomplishment. I can totally relate to you- I too struggle with good food choices. It totally sucks that weight loss is 80% diet and only 20% physical activity. You keep it going!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for purchasing ad space with me :) Let me know what areas in particular you want me to help you with!
Thank you so much!
DeleteGirl that is SO great!! Today was my weigh in day & I lost 5 lbs this week bringing my total loss to 12 lbs, in just a little under a month. I don't know how you are tracking your food but I am using My Fitness Pal & I LOVE it. It's an app on my phone & it's so easy to track my food with it. Just a suggestion in case you're not already using something like that. :) 30 lbs!!! You ROCK!!

Delete30 pounds is awesome! i hope to lose 30 in the next 5 months before i go to greece... that's realistic, right? :)
ReplyDeleteGreece, that sounds amazing! Good luck with your goal! Just remember that even if you don't have perfect weeks to lose that much in 5 months that any amount you are losing is better than doing the reverse and gaining. Oh and I'm super jealous of your Greece trip right now!
DeleteWow, that's great!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteWAY TO GO!!! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteHave another great week!!
Thank you!
