. . .
I've slacked on my blog reading today. I will finish replying to comments and reading all your lovely blogs later! I was so busy today because I had work and then went to go see Ed Sheeran in concert tonight. He was unbelievable. Seriously maybe the best act I've ever seen live.
He is a singer/songwriter that is very popular in the UK and Europe and is just now becoming popular in the US. He is actually performing at the Grammys this year too. I've been listening to him for awhile and I was so happy that he made his first visit to Pittsburgh. I learned that he has a very young following, I guess that makes sense because he is early 20s, so I actually felt a little old there or at least where I was standing (I'm only 26). But, I just love his voice. I think he has a beautiful tone and lyrically I think he is great. So if you haven't checked him out youtube him! His concert was basically 2 hours of just him and his guitar. It was amazing!
Actually I took a little bit of video and for recording it on my phone in an open venue I think the sound quality is amazing. Honestly, I think he sounded better live than on his album. I tried to upload the videos, but blogger kept giving me an error loading them :(
I was actually pretty close, but my pictures make it seem farther away. But here are some pics I took on my iPhone to enjoy :)
Tomorrow I will be back to report on how my first session with the personal trainer goes!

Wow that looks like an awesome concert! I tried to win tickets on the radio-- kept being caller number 3. What the heck.
ReplyDeleteIt was awesome! Sad you were so close being caller 3!
